This administration did not come to office to explain problems.
It came to solve them, Space and Time will fail if everything that has been done should be written in this piece, so we will begin with Infrastructure.
In one hundred days, Chief Barr. Vincent Nemieboka moved governance from talk to touch, projects you can see, roads you can walk, lights you can switch on, and water you can drink. These are not abstract ideas. These are real interventions with real impact on real people.
1. ELECTRIFICATION PROJECTS, LIGHT WHERE THERE WAS NONE
For decades, some communities in Ogu/Bolo lived in darkness, not by choice, but by neglect. They were never connected to the national grid. Not once.
Today, that story is changing.

* Improved security and reduced night-time risks

This is not just electricity.
This is dignity restored.

Roads don’t just connect places.
They connect people to the opportunity.

they find their voice and direction again.

7. RENEWABLE ENERGY INITIATIVE – FIRST-EVER GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION
For the first time in history, Iwokiri-Ama Fishing Settlement received direct government intervention.
𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐒
* Installation of solar lights under the renewable energy initiative
Impact
* Night-time safety for fishermen and families
* Extended fishing and processing activities
* Reduced dependence on unsafe energy sources
* Inclusion of a long-ignored settlement into governance
This was not charity.
It was recognition.
In 100 days, Chief Barr. Vincent Nemieboka proved one thing clearly:
Leadership is not what you promise
Leadership is what people can point to and say, “This changed my life.”
These projects are ongoing.
The impact is already visible.
And the message is clear:
Ogu/Bolo is no longer waiting for development.
Development has arrived.
