The Executive Chairman, Sir,Achese Igwe, Vice, the legislature, and the entire members of Okrika Local Government Council heartily celebrate with our mother as she marks 70th Birthday. 
Ma, we admire your sterling motherly qualities and bravery on issues that concern the women and people of Okrika. You live a simple, unassuming, and people oriented life worthy of emulation.
