Gov. Fubara, Dr. Allison, Speaker Oko-Jumbo, and others celebrate CTC Chairman of Ogu-Bolo Local Government Council. 

It was a celebration of a celebral phenomenal leader. Know for his leadership saggacity and mastery of grassroots engagement, thus addressed as the authentic leader of Ogu-Bolo Local Government Area, the creme de'la creme of politicians, friends, admirers, and the Organised Private Sector tronged into the residence of the CTC Chairman of Ogu-Bolo Local Government Council, the Rt. Hon. Evans Bapakaye Bipi, DSSRS. 
Speaking at the event, the governor of Rivers State, HE. Sir. Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, who himself was present at the event, described Evans Bipi as an enigma of leadership mastery. The governor said he carefully observed Evens as he led the Simplified Movement round the nooks and crannies of Rivers State in the wake of the Supreme Court judgement that gave rise to the prestigious liberation of Rivers. The governor said Evans Bipi is a celebral phenomenal figure and prayed God to give the celebrant continued good health and proper him. 
Also speaking, the Member Representing Okrika/Ogu-Bolo Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dr. Allison Anderson Igbiks said Rt. Hon. Evans Bipi is worth celebrating by all standards going by the qualities he possesses in human resources management, and also prayed to God to sustain the celebrant.
Others who spoke at the event include the former minister of Transportation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and former Secretary to Rivers State Government, Alabo Dr. Abiye Precious Sekibo, KCS, Speaker of Rivers State of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo, the Mayor of PortHarcourt City Local Government Council, Hon. Ezebunwo Ichemati, colleagues CTC Chairmen, and Chairman Ogu Divisional Council of Chiefs, Chief Opuimbire.
The governor and other dignitaries joined Evans Bipi in cutting the birthday cake.
