Okrika CTC Chairman Highlights Commitment to Education in Meeting with Head Teachers.

Hon. Princess Ibiene Ogan, the Caretaker Committee Chairman of Okrika Local Government Area, emphasized her dedication to education during a recent meeting with head teachers in the region.
 Citing the well-known adage that education is the cornerstone of the future, Hon. Ogan reiterated her administration's resolve to collaborate with educators to enhance the quality of education for students in Okrika.
Hon. Ogan underscored the fundamental role of education in driving development, stressing the necessity for quality teaching and character building. She highlighted the pivotal role of teachers in delivering excellent education, which is why she prioritized this meeting to engage directly with them.
In her address, Hon. Ogan, known for her personal contributions of school materials to local students, revealed plans to introduce policies and programs aimed at empowering teachers to perform their duties more effectively.
She also reminded the attendees of her "Concerned About Prosperity" (CAP) initiative, introduced at the inauguration of the Caretaker Committee members, emphasizing her administration’s focus on initiatives that benefit the people of Okrika across all wards and communities.
