Rt. Hon. Dr. Allison Anderson has opined that he will explore any possible means for the Development of his Constituency as a representative of the people. Dr. Allison stated this while exchanging views with news men in Abuja.


Responding to questions from journalists, the Member Elect, Federal House of Representatives, Okrika/Ogu-Bolo Federal Constituency, Dr. Allison said there are various intervention State, Federal and International agencies that can be engaged for the Development of our Constituency, we will explore any available possible means.


Dr. Allison decries how some agencies abandoned very important projects that may impact on the people positively, but you will be surprised that such intervention projects are abandoned for one reason or the other, in my Constituency, we will reexamine a lot and see how we can get things done the right way. We will be part of any developmental strides that our people requires.


Our property have gone through a lot in the past, with all of us doing it together, thinking alongside with all, I'm certain we will get it right.

Soft spoken, sound and vocal, Dr. Allison said his representation will be people based with a view of the constituents participation.

Government, Traditional Rulers agree to abolish indecent dressing in Okrika.

Sole Administrator, Okrika Supreme Council of Traditional Rulers, agree to uphold the abolishing of indecent dressing within the ambit of the law in Okrika and environs. In a meeting conveyed by the Sole Administrator of Okrika Local Government Council, Isodiki Thompson, KSC, on the 14th of August, 2025, in the Council secretariat, the government and all four Traditional Rulers that formed the Okrika Supreme Council of Traditional Rulers has agreed to abolish indecent dressing in Okrika and environs, Ofiomina Watch news has learnt.
